Try to wear looser clothes. Skinny jeans and tight underwear can limit the air circulation around your vagina. Although tight jeans seem sexy, they prevent your crotch area from breathing enough. The less air you have in your crotch, the more yeast will grow. Wear pants that are comfortable and light.
